Refund policy

Items purchased from Cili Nochi are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and any accompanying packaging included.

Made-to-order, personalized, and altered items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval at the discretion of Cili Nochi. Items that do not meet the return criteria may be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include refusal of the return or a deduction from the refund to cover restoration or handling costs.

Once your return has been received and approved, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 21 business days for processing and issuance of your refund or store credit.

International returns are not eligible for complimentary shipping, and a $35 USD return fee will be deducted from your refund.
